Application

Apply on the website. We will get back to you within a few days. You do not need to have any computer knowledge. All you need is motivation!

Interview / Work Day

We want to talk to you and understand your interests and personal situation. A trial work day helps us both get to know each other.

Planning / Project

Together we will design your individual learning and development plan. You start with a little project to prove your drive.

Onboarding

After hiring, we welcome every new Builder. You will be a member of the NJCL team from day one with full support.

Teamwork

With other Builders you learn and work on interesting real-world projects under senior engineering guidance.

Who We're Looking For

Requirements

  • Age 18 or older

    With direct, physical availability to work at the Rangsit / Pathum Thani lab.

  • Strong logical, mechanical, or mathematical aptitude

    You don't need a degree — you need to think clearly and learn fast.

  • Extreme reliability and punctuality
